Unpleasant Incidents During Hong Kong Division Three Playoff Match

The following incidents occurred during the Sham Shui Po and Eastern division three playoff match on Sunday 25 April 2010.

The match (summary report here) pitted two skillful but contrasting teams against each other: One team Sham Shui Po was full of youth and energy, the other team Eastern full of experience and guile.

Mass confrontation. This incident shows how Eastern (blue) players lost control and helped incite mass confrontations. Keep an eye on the unruly behaviour of Ex-Hong Kong and Eastern winger Lee Kin Wo (blue #11).

Stamping incident. This incident shows how Eastern player (blue #18) deceptively and deliberately stamped on his Sham Shui Po opponent (yellow #24). There is no excuse for the reaction by yellow #24. Again, keep an eye on the disruptive behaviour of Ex-Hong Kong and Eastern winger Lee Kin Wo (blue #11).
